A sound code of ethics is at the heart of our activities and business processes. HSI and its employees adhere to the following ethical standards:
+ Represent our clients truthfully. Our clients are who serve. We keep in heart our clients’ interests;
+ Keep confidentiality of any knowledge of our clients’ business transactions;
+ Avoid conflicts of interests or the appearance of a conflict of interests;
+ No employee shall directly or through intermediaries acquire an interest in a supplier or competitor of the clients;
+ No employee shall be permitted to accept a gift or favor from the clients’ suppliers.
Any employee who violates the above ethical standards will be subject to disciplinary actions including immediate termination.
